　　On November 19, the state councillor and public security minister Meng Jianzhu held the discussion in Beijing and Dutch home secretary Terhorst.

　　The state councillor and public security minister Meng Jianzhu with Dutch home secretary Terhorst which comes to China to visit holds the discussion in the Great Hall of the People today on invitation, both sides on the attack transnational crime and illegal immigration activities and suppressed drug, counter-terrorism and case to aid in an investigation and other questions to exchange the opinion, jointly has signed “Government of the People’s Republic of China And Kingdom of the Netherlands Government about Attack Crime Police service Cooperation Memorandum”.

　　Meng Jianzhu said that along with Sino-Netherlandish relations smooth development, the bilateral economics and trade and personage exchange constantly increase, strengthen the both countries law-enforcement cooperation serve both sides common interest. In recent years, the Sino-Netherlandish public security and internal affairs conduct joint was day by day practical, both sides in attack crime, illegal immigration activities and suppressing drug and other domains had carried out the active cooperation, achieved remarkable success. We hope that both sides take signing the cooperation memorandum as the turning point, constantly expands the area of collaboration, the rich cooperation connotation, the common guard and attack transnational crime and international terrorist operation, protect both countries citizens’ personal safety and property well.

　　Terhorst said that Holland takes seriously to develop with law enforcement cooperation relations of China, and is willing with China on suppressing drug, counter-terrorism, attack transnational crime and other questions to carry out comprehensively, thoroughly and practically service interflow and cooperation.
