China State Council Premier Wen Jiabao presides over the conference. President of South Korea Li Mingbo, Japanese Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama attended the conference.

This year is Chinese, Japanese and South Korean cooperation 10th anniversary. This conference will review to summarize the three-country cooperation course, the forecast plans the three-country cooperation future , to promote the Chinese, Japanese and South Korean cooperation to further develop. The Chinese, Japanese and South Korean leaders will also exchange the opinion on the international and regional issues of common concern.
The Japanese and South Korean cooperation began in 1999 the Association of Southeast Asian Nations – during Chinese, Japanese and South Korean conference. Association of Southeast Asian Nations – outside Chinese, Japanese and South Korean frame the three-country leaders conference was held last year in Fukuoka for the first time.
